At OOFOS, we want you to experience the ultimate recovery; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

Package Your Footwear

Place your unworn OOFOS in their original packaging, secure them in a shipping box, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized USPS carrier or location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
